So for my mom's birthday I wanted to do a cake that was easy to transport (because I wanted to take it to her and surprise her). So I went back to my good old 9x13 and dressed it up a bit. I got the idea from--where else? Yup here at Family Fun. I think it turned out DARLING!
This cake tasted pretty good too--it was a carrot cake (my mom's favorite) with cream cheese frosting--and another thing--my mom LOVES marshmallows (She loves everything marshmallow--even those disgusting easter peeps!) so this cake was perfect for her.
So--Happy Birthday Mom!!
